Paste a broker transaction history. See every share change to report, and the day it is due.
Age Pension 14-Day Share Checker reads a broker transaction history and lists every change in the number of shares an Age Pension recipient holds, with the day each one is due to be reported. For anyone looking up age pension and shares or age pension reporting requirements, it turns the broker's export into the list to act on.
- 01The rule and its source. Services Australia asks Age Pension recipients to report changes within 14 days. The official pages name a buy, a sale and bonus shares: report those. A dividend reinvestment allocation, a split or a transfer also changes the total number of shares the online form asks for, but the pages do not name it: report it, or confirm with Services Australia. A price movement is not on the list: listed shares are revalued on 20 March and 20 September.
- 02What it takes and never takes. Paste trade lines only: date, code, buy or sell, quantity. No names, tax file numbers, customer reference numbers, HINs or account numbers are needed; recognised account and holder numbers are removed; nothing leaves your browser until you save.
- 03Who publishes it, and how to check. Published by The Art of Service, every rule linked to its source. Not affiliated with Services Australia, not financial advice, and no email is asked for before the result.
Eight lines free, no account. The event dictionary, the rules and the holiday dates load with the page; every check runs in your browser.

Paste the history as the broker exports it
One trade per line: date | code | type | quantity, with price, settlement date, owner (self, partner, joint), opening holding and reported if you have them. Tabs, pipes, commas or double spaces, a header row in the words your online broker's transaction history export uses, or one-line details such as B 100 EXA @ 1.23.
Read the day each change is due
Every line is classed as a change in the number of shares or not, dated 14 days from the trade date, moved past weekends and national public holidays, and marked overdue, due today, due within your warning window or due later. Ten findings in a fixed order name the lines to act on.
Enter the totals
The ready-to-enter table gives, per code and owner, the net change over the period and, only with an opening holding and every corporate-action quantity ticked confirmed, the new total number of shares, the field the online shares form asks for; otherwise it says what is missing. Every rule behind a line links to the page it comes from.

Why a transaction history, and not an account login
The history an online broker exports already holds every date, code, event and quantity the 14-day question turns on. Reading it needs no login to a broker, no login to any government service and none of the client's identifiers: the dates, the codes and the numbers are enough to say which lines changed the number of shares held, the day each is due, and the total to enter. That is what this reads, in your browser.
