Age Pension share reporting template
A CSV with the ten columns the checker reads and four invented rows. Fill it in from the broker history, paste it back, and every change is dated with the day it is due.
The rule. Report a change in shares within 14 days. Named in the sources: a buy, a sale, bonus shares. Any other change to the total number of shares the form asks for: report or confirm. A price movement is not on the list; listed shares are revalued on 20 March and 20 September. Every rule and its source.
What it takes. Trade lines only: date, code, buy or sell, quantity. Recognised account and holder numbers are removed; nothing leaves your browser until you save.

The same columns are read with the names online broker exports commonly use (Trade date, Security, Action, Buy/Sell, B/S, Units, Volume, Qty and more), and one-line details such as B 100 EXA @ 1.23 or Sell 50 units EXA. A format is claimed only where it was tested: the parser self-test covers 42 line formats.
